Paper submission is accompanied by a compulsory review fee of 10.000frs. This will be deducted from the processing fee if the paper is accepted for publication. Your paper will only be published based on positive review reports and your response to recommendations and suggestion. The review fee is not a guarantee that your paper will  published.
